This seminary was started by Rt. Rev. Bishop S. R. Samuel Hasrat in 1984 from Gujranwala. It is the first Pentecostal Seminary of Pakistan. All the courses of which are written in Urdu by the Seminary. Bishop S. R. Samuel Hasrat is an author of Seminary courses. This seminary produced many eminent servants of God and gave them to this World. With whose service the Christian religion developed well in Pakistan. This seminary and its students are fighting new and old cults. And the Christian doctrines are being taught to the Churches of Pakistan with health. And preaching the Gospel according to the commandment of Jesus Christ.

Some seminaries have also started in Pakistan which do not have education according to correct faith and they are only giving degrees to people. In this concession, the seminary has started giving marks sheet along with its degrees from 2023 to show the merit of any student and along with this, online classes have also been started.
