Return & Refund Policy

1. Bookstore Orders

Books ordered through our Bookstore are confirmed by phone before delivery. You may cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us with your order details.

• Cash-on-delivery orders may be declined at the door before payment if the package is unopened and undamaged
• Once a book has been delivered, paid for, and accepted in good condition, it is generally non-returnable unless it is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered
• Personalised or special-order titles may be non-cancellable once ordered from our supplier

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect book, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your name, phone number, and order details
• A clear description of the issue
• Photos of the item and packaging (where helpful)

We will arrange a replacement or a refund at our discretion after verifying the claim.

3. How to Request a Return

To request a cancellation, return, or refund, contact us using the details below. Do not return items without first receiving confirmation from our team. Approved returns must be unused, in original condition, and returned as instructed.

4. Refund Process

• Approved refunds are issued using the original payment method where practical (cash, bank transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa)
• Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days after approval
• Delivery or courier charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item)
• We do not process online card-gateway refunds because bookstore and fee payments are arranged manually

5. Donations

Voluntary donations and offerings given to support our ministries are generally non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error (for example, a duplicate payment), contact us promptly and we will review the request in good faith.

6. Seminary Fees & LMS Access

• Application and tuition/fee payments for seminary programmes are managed by our administrators
• Refund eligibility for fees depends on the programme stage and any written agreement at enrolment
• Requests must be submitted in writing to info@cpa-pk.org
• Course access may be suspended for unpaid balances according to our seminary policies

7. Digital Content

Free digital resources on this website (Bible reader, songs, creeds, and similar materials) are provided as-is and are not purchasable goods. Paid digital access, if offered in future, will state any separate refund terms at the point of purchase.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
