4. Intellectual Property & Content

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and design elements, is the property of Calvary Pentecostal Assemblies of Pakistan or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may:

• View and access content for personal, non-commercial use
• Print or download pages for personal devotional and study purposes
• Share links to our pages on social media with proper attribution

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or republish content without our prior written consent

5. Bible, Songs & Devotional Content

Our website provides various devotional resources made available for personal, non-commercial, educational, and devotional purposes only:

• Bible Reader: Includes Urdu Bible text, English (KJV), original Hebrew (Old Testament) and Greek (New Testament) texts, and an interlinear mode with Strong's concordance numbers, transliterations, and glosses
• Strong's Concordance: Hebrew and Greek dictionary definitions with Urdu translations for word study
• Songs: Urdu Zaboor (Psalms), Geet (worship songs), and English hymns included for congregational worship and personal devotion
• Creeds: Historic confessional documents of the Christian faith
• Sermons: Sermon recordings and materials for spiritual growth

Classic English hymns included are believed to be in the public domain. Mass reproduction or commercial use of any content requires prior written permission.

6. Learning Management System (LMS)

Our seminary LMS provides online theological education. By enrolling and using the LMS, you agree to the following:

Enrolment & Access

• Enrolment is subject to application review and approval by administrators
• Course access is granted upon enrolment and may be revoked for violations of these Terms
• Bilingual content (Urdu/English) is provided where available; language preference can be set in your profile

Academic Integrity

• All quizzes and assignments must be completed honestly and represent your own work
• Our system may monitor for integrity violations during assessments, including tab switching, copy-paste activity, and other indicators
• Violations of academic integrity may result in grade penalties, assignment invalidation, or account suspension
• AI-assisted integrity detection may be used to flag potential issues for administrator review

Certificates

• Digital certificates are issued upon successful completion of programmes or courses as determined by administrators
• Each certificate includes a unique verification hash for authenticity checking
• Certificates represent completion of our seminary programme and are not government-accredited degrees

7. AI-Powered Features

Our LMS may utilise artificial intelligence for educational purposes:

• AI-generated quiz questions and assignments supplement administrator-created content
• AI may assist in grading, providing feedback, and generating study recommendations
• AI-generated content is reviewed and supervised by administrators
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content
• AI features may use third-party services (Google Gemini, OpenAI) subject to their terms

Spiritual guidance and theological interpretation provided by AI should be considered supplementary and not a substitute for pastoral counsel.

8. Fees & Payments

Certain seminary programmes may have associated fees:

• Fee amounts, due dates, and applicable courses are communicated through the LMS fee portal
• Payments are accepted via cash, bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, check, or other approved methods
• All payments are recorded manually by administrators — there is no online payment gateway
• Scholarships may be granted at the discretion of the administration, either as percentage discounts or fixed amounts
• Fee disputes should be directed to the seminary administration
• Unpaid fees may result in restricted access to LMS services

9. User Conduct

When using our website and services, you agree not to:

• Post or transmit any content that is abusive, hateful, threatening, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
• Harass, intimidate, or threaten other users, students, or church members
• Use the website or LMS to promote any activity contrary to Christian values and teachings
• Submit false information through forms, applications, or prayer requests
• Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the website or its services
• Share LMS course materials, quiz questions, or assignments with non-enrolled individuals

We reserve the right to restrict access to any user who violates these guidelines.

10. Forms & Communications

When you submit information through our website:

• You agree to provide accurate and truthful information
• Your message will be received and managed by church administrators
• You consent to being contacted in response to your inquiry

Prayer Requests

• Requests marked as "public" will be visible on the prayer wall to all visitors
• Private requests are only visible to church administrators
• You may request removal of your prayer request at any time
• Personal matters shared will be treated with pastoral confidentiality

Volunteer & Seminary Applications

• Application information is used for processing and coordination purposes only
• Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance

Rate limits are in place to prevent abuse (e.g., 3 submissions per 10 minutes for contact forms, prayer requests, and volunteer signups).

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The content will be accurate, complete, or up-to-date at all times
• Any errors or defects will be corrected promptly

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
